Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing is considered complete only after payment for the order has been successfully registered. Orders that have been processed cannot be modified. However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a modification request can be made via email to Customer Service (info@meismilano.com), which reserves the right to decide the matter at its discretion. Məis reserves the right to refuse an order if PayPal is unable to verify the customer’s bank details. Məis also reserves the right to refuse orders or deny services to anyone at any time.


SHIPPING

Products available in stock are usually shipped as quickly as possible and, typically:

  • In Italy, within 10 business days from the payment receipt.

  • In other EU countries and other countries, within 15 business days from the payment receipt.

 


Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during working hours via a specialized courier, with proper packaging, to the delivery address provided by the Customer. The delivery times mentioned above apply to products available in stock and are non-binding for Məis, which may later confirm or modify them depending on its needs.

Upon receiving the products, the recipient must check that the items correspond, including the quantity, to the items ordered. In the event of discrepancies between the delivered products and the ordered ones, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the goods, or based on the weight/volume ratio and the delivery location, according to agreements defined with the courier and clearly communicated to the Customer both during the purchase of the products and in subsequent confirmation messages.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the shipment. Packages are carefully packed. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with, customers are advised to sign for receipt with a reservation or to refuse delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are advised to contact the courier immediately.

Məis is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to shipments or their contents if the package was accepted without reservation. If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender. Such amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. Shipments are insured, but the coverage expires once delivery has occurred.
